RETURNS POLICY
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS I CANNOT RETURN?
We cannot process returns or exchanges for the following items.
- Socks
- Underwear
- Swimwear without the hygiene strip
Unless faulty, please return all items in their original packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
Our change of mind policy does not affect your statutory rights. Our return policy is in place to ensure that each item is dealt with quickly and professionally. If for any reason you wish to return your product, please contact hello@u-xplore.uk. You are entitled to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, provided that the item in question is:
- Purchased at U-Xplore Abergavenny or U-Xplore.uk.
- Returned within 14 days of purchase from store or delivery date.
- In original purchased condition with tags attached.
- In original & Undamaged packaging.
- Has not been worn.
- Not damaged in any way.
Items purchased from any other store or retailer must be returned to the store of purchase.
We will require your order number, postcode and email address, to be included in your returns parcel along with the original despatch note. Please ensure you follow the next steps:
- Click through on the 'start a return' button and complete the form to generate your free shipping label.
- Place all the items you wish to return, including the despatch note, into the package and seal it. Make sure the items fit as snugly as possible, (without squashing the product). Also ensure there are no previous tracking or shipping labels attached to the outer packaging.
- Please then visit your nearest Post Office to send the package to us on the address included. Please keep your receipt of shipping until your return has been processed.
We do not offer refunds on Gift Cards.
FAULTY RETURNS
If you believe your item is faulty, please email our Customer Service Team at hello@u-xplore.uk. Please include a photo of the fault on the product and your order number in your email. Our Customer Service Team will then advise you on the next steps. We are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for your return to be processed and an exchange or refund to be issued.
Once confirmed, your refund will be processed, and credit applied to the original payment method. Time for this to clear will depend on the payment method used.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we can provide more information and where to send your products.
